I've heard that there might be a bit of a bug doing the rounds. Apparently a few investors are concerned about liquidity being a touch reduced ;-)

Ok yes I am vaguely aware there might be something going on involving bog rolls, but if the platform has done its job then the borrowers should remain able to pay the interest (possibly not on development projects but I stay well clear of those) as far as I can see the biggest impact will be the valuation of the security which while it might have been accurate (after all it will have been done by a RICS professional ) at the outset is likely to be overpriced in the current market conditions?
Is this the P2P equivalent of panic buying(selling)?

If they are being offerred on the secondary market (used) things have sunk to a new low
