Would it be possible to get some next page links at the bottom of each page as well at the top?
I'm finding I have to scroll back up to get to each next page.

Hello familiar, less familiar and maybe familiar but in disguise members!
I haven't been directly part of the battle of wills between mods and certain members on "the other forum" and can see points of view from both sides but ... What I completely disagree with is the immediate removal of an excellent resource and community which has achieved amazing work in sculpting p2p, continuing DD and even raising circa 8k so far through KIVA. It wasn't their ball to take off us in my opinion. Well done to those who quickly provided an alternate and I guess going forward if there are two forums, there are two forums. No other online topic/hobby/investment is restricted to a single online site so I guess why should P2P!

Maybe the remaining moderators should suspend all posting temporarily if they cannot cope with member behaviour, rather than stopping access completely. It should be easy. Unregistered visitors cannot post so just change the whole site to "read only". Simples. Then member posting facilities on selected relevant boards can be dealt with.

(@Caesium - out of curiosity, what browser are you using? On Chrome / Edge / Opera the top pagination bar 'sticks' in view as I scroll down the page. No harm in having both, just curious.) Also added Recent Posts / Threads 'buttons' to the Navigation Bar which I find useful and others have asked for. Lastly, the favicon has been tweaked to more closely reflect the theme colours of this forum, which will hopefully make the tab stand out on a crowded browser. Some or all of the above may need a Ctrl-F5 (forced full refresh on most browsers) to become apparent on your browser. Other updates in the pipeline

Thanks, the bottom pagination helps a lot Edit: huh now you've mentioned it, the top pagination bar is sticking in Safari too.. Maybe I just didn't notice that before O_o

Cheers for the suggestion @uggie whoever you are or were, I find myself confused all of a sudden wondering who everyone is! Did love that show though, they'd all have been banned and been proud to be!

On it ...
and done. Just the links in posts (and quotes) wasn't quite so straightforward - see this support thread.

So it does!
I'll take a look ... [Later ... ] It would appear not, if this recent(ish) support forum post is still relevant (and I can find nothing to contradict it): Quote:Unfortunately, aside from it taking some of the colours from your theme, the mobile version of the forum is not editable, i'm afraid. It is planned, and being developed that the theme be adaptive to the screen size, so that in the next version of the software, there will be only one version [ no mobile/desktop switch ], and the theme will adapt to the screen size it is being viewed on.What can be done that does carry through to the mobile version is to change the colour of all links, but that rather spoils the vibe of the theme: I'm all for 'function over form' but to make a change like this unilaterally is above my pay-grade! So ... @Admin ??

When I read the forum in Recent Posts mode, this means the heading of a post doesn't tell me which platform is being discussed. Could you please rename the sub-boards "AC Loans", "MT Loans", etc? This would be very helpful! |
