Downloaded the Authy ap onto this box and verified with the two digit code. I used my Email address.
In my AC account I can 'select' authy and am then confronted with " To verify your login, please tap the Authy notification on your mobile phone and select approve within the app. " ummmm I'm not using a mobile and authy don't have that number.
If I go to my wife's account I cannot select authy, the screen remains locked.
Obviously user error, are there any 'idiots guides' that I can look at ........... or any advice? Do I have to do anything on AC? I run 3 separate accounts (me, wife and business) and the further in I go the more confused I'm getting.
