I was struggling to find any whois details here to confirm the authenticity of this website
However, I note that Instagram member named "Louis Rose Alexander" has the website on their profile, so I assume that it is genuine. However, everyone should take caution while I confirm its authenticity from BC

Confirmation from Lewis -
Quote:This is our site. It is not “operational yet” but it is ours. Thanks for asking.

The last couple of emails I've sent him directly asking if he could come and engage with some of the issues raised on the forum(s) have gone totally unanswered which - as an investor with a fair chunk of cash in BC - does slightly concern me a bit. Perhaps he just hates me.

When I discussed "lender engagement" with Louis he intimated that in his experience lender neediness seemed to be in inverse proportion to the sum invested with lenders holding £.5m or more requiring far less attention than those with 10 times less.

Maybe I just got lucky; I just sent an e-mail to Investors@thebridgecrowd.com (the one on the website).

Funnily enough he just appeared on Indy about an hour ago and gave some insight into the new site launch:
Dear all, I have read all your posts. It is really interesting to see what people like and do not like. What I can see that you all like is the simplicity of the way we do things. We aim to continue that. We will be launching a new site shortly. It will be allow investors to continue to select which individual loans to enter. The site will also list new loans such as regulated mortgages, regulated second charges and consumer credit loans. We will be adding new investment accounts that allow you to chose a flat rate of return and your money will be diversified across all new loans in the loan book up to certain LTV's of your choice. Your capital invested until you wish to withdraw or there will be a set time period. So please keep telling me what you want and do not want, its really helpful. Warm regards Louis Alexander The fact that it's going to be offering regulated loans and automated diversification would suggest that full FCA EP2P permissions may now have been obtained?

Eight months down the line and we seem to be exactly where we were in October last year?
