I am not sure how many of the Frank Forum users saw or read the post I created on the dark side forum but I thought I would finish off here and detail my experience with Goji from start to finish.
The whole process with Goji was really quite a comfortable ride all in all.
The transfer in was simple and quick. My Cash ISA funds hit my Goji account within a couple of weeks (More to do with Virgin than Goji I think).
The communications from the staff cannot be faulted. As I stated in posts on the other side, I was always answered very quickly, even on a Sunday. Any issues I had (And there wasn't any that were real issues) were sorted very quickly.
I have just completed my transfer out (I don't think you can really judge a bond until you find out if your money is really still there!) and from the transfer form being filled in, to the funds hitting my other IFISA account took 7 days! Very fast in my experience. I even received an email from Goji telling me my funds had been transferred and how much their fees were for the transfer (£35 if you are interested).
The bond paid back mostly on time with just £7 (ish) outstanding on the maturity date. This was paid back within 3 days of the bond maturing.
I could have reinvested very easily just by changing a setting but I wanted to experience the whole thing before committing further.
All in all the bond paid back what it said on the tin (Advertised as a 5% target). Including the £35 transfer fees, my bond produced 5.24%. While this may seem a bit low, I feel that for a fire and forget product the bond did what I wanted. No sitting in a queue waiting to time the rate right like on some other sites!!
I am currently moving as much of my money out of P2P until the political turmoil that we are currently in has calmed down. However, I will say that I would certainly consider investing with Goji again in the future as the service was brilliant.
One thing I would watch out for next time is to wait for a bonus to be announced. I mistimed my investment and ended up slap bang in the middle of 2 periods of investor offers. My wife also has an account but I timed her entry better. She is currently on course to achieve 7.9% which includes her 2% early bird offer on her investment. Now, 7.9% for a fire and forget bond is much better value for me.
I am not sure if Michal from Goji is a registered user on this website, but if he is I am sure he will post when the early bird offers are coming up (r someone can ask over on the dark side on the thread I started over there).

I'm an engineer by trade, so don't normally have money. If you lose any money because you listened to something I have said, more fool you!!
