My worst is Great Harwood. No update since 22-11-18! I have asked for one, but no joy.

I logged a formal complaint just over a couple of weeks ago concerning Rishton, not because I have a large sum invested or that I expect anything positive to result but because I wanted to experience the process first hand https://www.fundingsecure.com/complaints-procedure
So far, I have had two different types of acknowledgement and expect to wait another 5-6 weeks for the formal response.

We're getting a lot of enquiries about overdue loans, let's introduce RoboChat to reduce the workload for our support team.
Is this a classic case of a company in trouble "fixing" the symptom rather than the cause?

I doubt there will be much noticeable difference. The current live chat system already generates responses from some random list of auto replies. None of which provide any useful or helpful information. I gave up contacting live chat months ago, as it was a pointless exercise and a complete waste of time. If this 'improvement' frees up one more staff member to actively work on recoveries then it's fine with me.

I always had a fair bit of success with the online chat; they do have a certain amount of pre-prepared replies through
I wonder how intelligent this RoboChat will be; will it learn from prior conversations. I have this vision of investors going to the chat asking were their money is and RoboChat screaming back "I DON'T KNOW! STOP ASKING AND LEAVE ME ALONE"! The RoboChat uprising will begin shortly afterwards... it's the start of skynet I tell ya

It is supposed to be in their list to update. I have no option but to complain, yet they will no doubt take several weeks to get back, so I'm left wondering what is the point.

Although got to wait for a private email which is bad news. Good job I'm in the 1st ranking loan for only a relatively small amount. 2nd charge holders must fear the worst.

Well I've got the email (and an identical one for Pagefield Mill) and it is a bit of a stonker!!! New FS not going to mess about, it seems. Is this loan connected to 28 others which are being updated, with borrower GT involved?
