Original loans on Kuflink were straight short term residential loans with a 60-70% ish loan to value. Of the eight loans available in self select as I type there are NONE of this type. All are either "tiered" "multi-tranche" "development" (including some commercial) and several are based on "LTGDV". They are entering into ventures that have no place place in a tiny capitalised P2P platform (see thread about new debit card) they prominently advertise not a penny lost at the top of every page, risk warnings appear in tiny print at the bottom.
Takes me back to the early days and evolution of Savings Stream/Lendy, that ended well didn't it?
